Office based volunteering

Our office is located in Stockport near Manchester. We have a team of volunteers who support us in the day to day running of our office and the services we provide. 

The role is flexible allowing you to set regular commitments or volunteer on an ad-hoc basis.

The role typically includes basic admin, preparing for study days and arranging resources.

For those who may be familiar with the use of IT and mobile phone apps we have a great role in online charity shop too.

You must be aged over 18, be willing to have a DBS. All training will be provided.

Remote Volunteering

Parent support volunteer 

The parent support volunteer role will enable families to feel supported when partaking in support groups, parent speaker programmes and when reaching out for support.

This role requires commitment of at least 2 hours per week and can be conducted using a home laptop or computer.

You will be required to interact with bereaved families and will receive training to support you in this role.

We request that due to the nature of this role that you are aged over 18 to apply.

Remote Volunteer

The remote volunteer role enables you to support us as a charity using existing skills and attributes that may benefit us as a charity and allow us to continue to meet our objectives.

We have a range of ways to volunteer remotely including:

- Fundraising Support, Research & Admin

- Admin

- Social Media Enquiries

- Social Media Graphics and Imagery

- Social Media Content Writing

- Bookings Support

Applications are open year-round and reviewed quarterly. We will be reviewing our next rounds of applications on:
