As a small charity we can only accept returns on faulty items. If this is the case we can offer a replacement (subject to availability) or refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if your product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and returns need to be authorised via email before posting back to us.
We do not have capacity to accept returns for any other reason.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Beyond Bea Charity, 9th Floor Regent House, Heaton Lane, Stockport, ENG, SK4 1BS, United Kingdom.
To return your product, you should post your product to: Beyond Bea Charity, 9th Floor Regent House, Heaton Lane, Stockport, ENG, SK4 1BS, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We will use the inputted shipping address to send your order. Please note that an incorrect inputted address is not the responsibility of Beyond Bea Charity and as a result we are not liable for lost orders posted to an incorrect or partially completed address.
Unfortunately some parcels may go missing or be delayed due to the capacity of the postal system, especially during peak times. We use Royal Mail for all parcels and obtain proof of posting at the time of dispatch. If your item has not arrived within 14 days after you have received your dispatch email please get in touch. A parcel cannot be declared as missing until 14 days after the posting date. If your parcel has been lost we will provide you with all the necessary information to place a claim with Royal Mail. As we are a small charity we do not have the capacity to replace missing items but will assist you as best we can with making a claim.
